Description: This Carstens vase 0853-14 is a somewhat uncommon shape/size combination along with an uncommon black and white volcanic, fat lava glaze. The top creates a more organic feel, rather like a modified gourd. The overall effect is quietly striking and is a circa 1970 echo of the 1950s color schemes...which were an echo of Deco.

Height is just under 6".

Condition is excellent with no chips, no cracks, no damage. Our guarantee is simple. If you don't like it, send it back. All you risk is the return shipping.
